I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 16 years old, I was also told that I wouldn't be able to have my own baby.
I got pregnant in 2011 without medical help but I needed help to keep the baby. My body produces good eggs but is not able to keep a good environment for the baby to grow due to my hormone imbalance… It was a high-risk pregnancy but I gave birth to a healthy baby girl.
When my daughter turned 2 my husband and I started trying for a baby again. We tried everything!! Changed our diet, exercised, took fertility supplements and vitamins. I was logging my cycle, which was hard since my cycle is not regular and sometimes doesn't happen at all. We tried numerous ovulation prediction kits and baby danced during the right time only to find out that those kits couldn't be used by someone with PCOS.
